Look like the RIB escaped serious damage, all the tubes look fully inflated and the transom's in one piece.
I'm guessing that the passenger was throw into the windscreen of the lorry.

Not sure exactly what's happened here - but the skid marks from the lorry speak volumes.
Another reason for hi-visibility prop bag, fitting auxilliary marker lights on trailer wheel arches, lights on even during daylight hours, etc.

It's a good reason not to let knackered Lithuanian lorry drivers run 2 up all the time (which incidentally is illegal). No amount of hi-viz tat will counter that.

 the truck was slovenian. and I suppose no british lorry driver has ever run into the back of someone by not paying attention, driving too close, with excess speed or when too tired.
Was that Hightowers trailer - it seems a bit bent?
