Gary where do yu store your rib? driveway or boatyard? i ask that because there is every chance that the same wa---r may come back and do the same once yu have repaired it. Some of the local youth that live about a mile from me have got nothing better to do than cause trouble and destroy things, i.e setting people's bins on fire and causing a general nuisance, lucky for me i live in one of the better area's away from the worse of it. They all avoid my place anyway though when they do venture out from their estate looking for things to nick or destroy, my dogs, 2 bull terriers and a lion (huge 16 stone bull mastiff) are better than any other deterant to keep scum away from your property

i think ive seen your rib in your garden and seen the excellent progress you was making how old are the tubes as they looked in good condition and not very old ?.

im sorry to say you cant leave anything anywhere today people have no respect for other people's stuff i say gas the f_____ .

keep up the good work and post some pic's when you've finished

Hi guys have moved the rib to a safe place close by with a mad dog on the premises so i can still work on it, will post some pics when refurb is complete

hi guys just an update to keep you all vigilant out there had a visit fromm 2 young guys who lived just round the corner who had seen the damage to my rib tubes asking how to repair tubes as someone had slashed the tubes on their boat a couple of nights after mine where done, so keep your eyes and ears open if you live in the shirley area of southampton cause it looks like some tosser has got it in for boat owners in that area regards Gary
