Rib Tube Mould

Hi,

I have just cleaned up my old rib and the tubes have not come up as well as I would have hoped due to Tube Mould! Has anyone else seen this before, I have tried the usually amazing Rib Revive and it was amazing at bringing off the grime and dirt but not these marks... any suggestions..!

Area to the left has been cleaned with Cilit Bang on this picture...

and area to the right here... I did not do it or all particularly hard as want to be close to a water supply so I can wash it all off quickly but it was a useful test :-)

http://www.rib.net/forum/f8/what-to-...s-65878-4.html

It think Cilit Bang will work well, I wasnt brave enought ot leave ti on for 5 mins and only sprayed, left for 10 seconds and then green scourer... will have a proper go next week and post results :-)

Looks good. I left it on for 5 mins and it basically cleaned itsself. No scouring needed as creates minor scratching on the hypalon surface. Just a sponge will suffice

So job is completed and the mould has completely gone! Used Clilit Bang Black Spot remover as suggested, left for 5 minutes then rinsed the tubes off, then dried them and applied a UV gel...

Someone has suggested about potential long term damage to tubes using the black spot remover... I know the secret has been out a while about this miracle mould remover but has anyone had any negative issues with it long term, I am currently over the moon the boat, it looks new again but hope I haven't created issues further down the line :-(

fairly obvious the clean bit..!

and overall with all mould gone!
