OK, so I have a query - just out of curiosity.

Following from threads on splashing etc, given how this plug is coming to market, how would someone stand with regard to rights to use the hull design etc? Does it come with those rights, or would any buyer who starts producing be seen as a splasher?

PS - serious question - not trying to cause any issues anywhere

Copyrights, Patents, trademarks, music .. its all intellectual property, some say it should be free .. others say if its in th public domain .. its there to be shared .. others will just copy (or rip off) depending how you see it anyway

I have to say that the inventor should be rewarded ..some .. like Bill Gates ( well concept anyway) have taken it to extremes

But I allways think the originator of the product/ concept should retain the rights and have reward somehow

Neil nothing has been splashed ,and all sales of the plug have and will be copleted legally and as such the design rights are transferred to the new owner when sold

cool - sorry, wasn't trying to suggest anything was not legit or was splashed, just curious about how thetransfer of rights works in that kind of situation
