Blimey! There's a name from the past. He was/is based over at Perranporth. Nick Barsch was British OCR champ multiple times back in the early 90's. He was the guru that everyone around here took their big Mercs to.

There is a Sealegs over at St. Mawes and I've also spotted one on the Scillies. Both are ideal locations for such a vehicle.

Mollers Nick rigged the first sea legs boats that came over from New Zealand until it became cheaper to import them fully rigged .there is a sealegs near Looe where the owner can drive it up a pebble beach to his house I think

Correct!

That said, I'm probably being a bit unfair to the Sealegs. I had a bit of a long weekend with a car that was pretending to be a boat, so a boat pretending to be a car wasn't gonna get much of a hearing from me!
