Andre is not what you think

Thanks for the info.
The boat is covered with the tarpaulin. The tarpaulin is on top of the actual boat cover and makes no contact with the GRP. As a matter of fact to protect the actual boat cover I cover the boat with two layers of tarpauling. I do this every winter and the tarpaulin is for one use only. Every year I buy a set of new covers (in Greece tarpaulins are very cheap 10 mtrs x 5 mtrs about Euro 10 or 20 can't remember).

No probs considering done. However, they are not that heavy duty. They are OK to cover your boat. That's all.
I think that they do bigger/longer sizes.
Is it 10 x 5 you want or larger say 20 x 10??

Sonds great to me, we are away with you boating the weekend 29th,you havnt forgotten have you. I will pick them up then.

Lets forget this, Crazy idea of Saveing money by pooling our resources and forming some moderaters to check the quality and claims for the product ,as it isnt working. So my vote is changed and down she goes.Unless anybody feels that strongly about Salvage, then lets leave her on the bottom.

Cheers

Keep it simple

Thread sort of went off my original idea

However there is no harm in having a " Value for money thread " where people can simply post items or ideas which could save people money

The post must stay on subject & contain only info /weblinks which are relevant

Each post can quote in the title the item, therefore members can do a search to lovate details

Some examples : a kind forum member obtained a VHF arial for me for 19 quid , excellent value

The 20p off safeway petrol ideas we have shared, could save someone a fortune filling up 30 gallon tank

etc etc

Good idea Mateboy but we are against apathy and diversification. And its a strong tide going in the wrong direction for some. We tried and failed so we are back to square one.

We are as Dom said against all the odds on this one, as the trade will fight us as some body will tipp them off that were getting trade from X and they will be in jeoperdy of using there Trade account incorectly and maybe loosing it,as it hurts the retailer.

We will be doube dealed By he who smiles with big white teeth and looks after his own pocket.

We can still make our hot tips, but thats about as far as we will ever get as long as we are diversified, as alone we are nothing more than just another good punter. Some of the hot tips will be good but some may well be wrapped up in profit withought a trusted moderator.
But at least we have in common the Sea and Ribs so its a start.
