Very poor.

Dear Man on the Moon,

Thank you for your comments. We're sorry you're having troubles with our digital edition. The navigation system is very simple and the 'Pages' tab allows you to preview the entire magazine quickly and navigate to your desired page at a click of a button. Please note this is the first complaint we have had of this nature.

We would encourage anyone, if they have any concerns please do call our office (01884 266100) and we will happily investigate your problem, and willingly talk you through the system.

Also, for those interested, who have the iTunes App version, our provider has recently upgraded the settings for quality of images, as this we know was an area for improvement. The images are now high-res versions allowing better quality when zooming, and we hope that our App subscribers will notice the huge improvement.

With thanks,

PBR Office

Thanks for your reply Hugo. Yes, having spent some fiddling with the menu I can now see that the toggle view button does allow the reader to view the pages and size them to suit which doesn't seem possible in preview mode. So that makes reading the mag easier. I still have to say that my original comment about non intuitive still stands. Maybe old dogs, new tricks etc..

Cheers
MOTM

If you need to locate a copy near to you, this little tool is really helpful
Magazine Retailer Search
Simply enter your postcode and type the title of the magazine as Rib Magazine (they haven't updated it yet!) and you will find a list of the nearest stores to you that stock the magazine.

Hugo - Pictures on the ipad this month are much much better - very happy now. Not sure what some of our (Ribnet) members will make of the jet ski review - I liked it though.

Thanks
