Rib International (RB 4 edition) issue number 43

I am looking to borrow or purchase aa copy of rib international mag (the RB 4 edition issue number 43) I have tried RI (oyster house media) they no longer have a hard copy of same and due to it age they cannot provide it in a digital format.
