Chuckle!!!! Why?
It's my boat I work on, these bigger vessels may have more range etc but u can't fault these boats mate spin them on a sixpence unlike the new demand of twin axe vessels, in eemshaven we had enjoyment of seeing the bigger boats stood down as bows to high to pushing onto tubes and riding overtop of them.

You'll probably know 'Captain Kirk' then?

No wish to hijack the thread though so I'll leave the 'size' debate for another time/place.

Henshaws have got surplus Pacific tubes which I believe they can tweak to fit the Arctic. Might be worth a call to Chris for a price.

These are really great sea boats.

You could be right on that! Our Atlantic has and extra sprayrail that I don's see on these vessels. The funny thing is: At all the pictures I find about the Arctic on the net, this rail is also present. On these hulls there's no second rail..

@Gramas: A picture of the behind would be the solution! Able to take one?

Looking forward to another build thread - this time try a twist and keep count of the money. When I rebuilt an SR5.4 there was no way I made money so it would be great to see how it should be done

How long to turn it around Ed, roughly?

All glass work and hull 3 weeks there after Phuh couple months this bit is ah! where I slow down to bloody fussy rigging them

Fancy twin large lumps on it not sure what it can take awaiting an awnser from a very knowledgable Rob, he has set up plenty in his years of testing at Barrus
