rib conversion
hi everyone
here are a few pics of my rib, was an old searider with side by side back to back seats with windscreen and dash. have built a centre console and rear bench seat and by golly its a tight squeeze!! have secured with m10xm6 bolts 2 in each and lots of stainless screws and a copious amount of silkaflex.
have fitted the smallest boarding ladder at rear, auto bilge pump and manual one, fitted these funky blue cluster leds (4 on each side each one contains 5 blue leds) floor lights.still have to fit the headunit/cd changer, clarion speakers, fishfinder, switch panel, solar panel,blue scanner/strobey/led thing on a frame, marine start thing for battery system, need to fit new steering cable and right hand throttle system. then ill be fitting a new tow bar to car and gonna get new roller coaster trailer, engine service and should be ready to go.
also gonna need to get some metal cages for A-frame with square plastic tubs for flare storage.
oh and then a wakeboard holder is going on back of A-frame with possible some amp driven speakers hanging off A-frame
gonna be a busy couple of weekends coming up.

I bought this yesterday.. nice boat.. just gotta find an engine and with a little work should be excellent...

Nice looking SR4. That looks like one of Leeway's consoles if I'm not mistaken too-same as mine.
It's not Biggles's old boat by any chance is it? Those Mercury grafix look familiar.

Couple of questions:-
Where's your VHF?
Do those switches look like they'll stand up to salt water?

The boat had a yamaha 50 on it.. was bought from hayling Island way.. the guy sold the boat to me and he kept engine...
