Yep, it's about ribs and Macmillan and if we can pull this off without any money changing hands then this story will mean a whole lot more

But what a great result so far!!!

Build still starts on the 26th & 27th Oct

I haven't got much to offer as I'm new to all this.

I'd offer you some hours in the future if you need someone to rub anything down or polish stuff...... Can't do this first weekend as I'm running The Great South Run.

I found this, I was going to put on my rib, but couldn't find anywhere to mount it. It's yours if you need it, if not I'll put it up for sale and donate what I get for it.

Keep up the good work fella.

Would love to aim high and get a brand new engine but if I'm honest the replies that I get back are all the same...

Sorry but we are already fully committed this year and we have already done..... and so on.

Thats why HMS's involment is so important, after all, who gives gets a mention in the mag

Failing new, it would have to be something like a Yam 90, we'll get it sprayed up, new decalls and serviced etc and go old school with it

As for electronics anything with an up to date map, hopefully with an inbuilt fishfinder, have approached Garmin but they are spent out for this year

I didn't say I was supplying one, just asking...

Only kidding, PM me an address you want it sent to and I will get on it Monday morning. Will also see what I can work on the engine side but don't count on it, if the big dealers aren't able to help you can imagine how hard it will be for little old me

Awesome dude, you have PM

Who ever supplies the engine will get a big mention as it's a high cost item an a major part of the project.

We'll get the the rib to the dealer and if they fit it on that will be part of the build story/thread and photos etc

All I need is the recommended retail price / value and all the company details for the magazine.

If anyone give's an item I will just need their full name and value of the item inc postage costs.
