Thanks to all those who have posted

Ok, She's a 2005 boat and she is in great shape. Don't let the pics put you off as this is what they are like when they leave service

The best thing is that she hasn't been repaired, as the MOD repairs are absolutely shocking and we would have to spend ages raking it all out and redoing it anyway.

She's mostly all there however the icom 505 radio is missing and the arial too and the electric lead which connects the A-frame to the console.

The large hatch cover at the front of the console is missing.

The compass looks like it's broken and it has a huge bubble in it.

The seats are the best I have seen but they do need work.

All the stainless steel needs polishing.

I haven't looked at the rest of the electrics yet.

The A frame is good but could do with fresh powder coating. All the nav lights are there.

The hull is in fantastic condition although it does need some repair but I can handle that one

The tubes need the most TLC and they need to be done by a pro, I'm not going to put anyone on the spot but there is some work to be done. (I had to smudge out the sign on the side of the rubbing strakes in the photos as this should be removed from both sides)

The deck needs a good clean and the dark grey non slip needs to be reflowed (need the materials for this though)

The anti vibration plate needs to be replaced and varnished.

The trailer is on loan to us and the wheel was very hot on the offside.

HELP!!!!

Going to organise a weekend somewhere to to the hull and console first.

If you would like to donate your time spare parts to this then please let me know

I forgot to say that the brief from the person that donated it is that it needs to be restored to the original spec and I agree with him

Hi Alex,
Would love to help in this,
Macmillan is a great charity.
If I supplied materials for flow coating deck, could I get involved and learn how to do it.
Best regards
Phil

Yes that would be perfect, well done you

The materials are not that expensive but I need to speak to Mike and Eastcoast fibreglass etc as I need to get the right finish on the gel as it needs to be like sandpaper and not like woodchip
