[Dude, you were there in spirit, if you don't want a T-shirt at lease accept this banana on me you can wear it wherever you want
[/QUOTE]
Alex, be sure I was there in spirit -as I think many were - had home stuff allowed I'd have loved to made the trip as a paying ballast for someone - although had 2nd thoughts in hindsight. Would never of done that trip in those conditions in my RC5.3!

I won't wear the banana - questions may be asked , but I hope others who respect the achievement of that trip in those conditions - and the learnings from it for us lesser mortals - may also help the cause by showing their appreciation by a donation.

Thank you Barrowboy, the handles have arrived

I found this, I was going to put on my rib, but couldn't find anywhere to mount it. It's yours if you need it, if not I'll put it up for sale and donate what I get for it.

Keep up the good work fella.

Been looking through the posts, looking like a good little project, you know I'm up for some of it as agreed but was thinking, I've got the big boat coming back from France so will be working off site, this means apart from my little task force winter project there won't be anything in my workshop, if you run out of space you can use my facilities

It's not much, but I have a spare telescopic aluminium boathook I can donate if that would help equip the finished package.

Yes it would, that would make an awesome package with our SR hull, the only problem is how do we get £2500? Or enough to make him on offer?
