Get some wedges from 0-15mm(ish) and gently tap them under the flange of the console, into the joint, at around 150-300mm centres. Only tap them in a small amount at a time and lift the console uniformly by applying the pressure equally to all the wedges, rather than working from one end or side. As the console lifts from the deck, you should be able to get a blade in between the flange and deck to slice through the sealant.

If it's glued on using something like sikaflex or similar, a piece of piano wire with wooden handles may help once you can get it through one section. Assuming you can get an arm on either side, that is.
