Thanks Nick, it was a very simple build and helped by the resorces I have at work. The rubbing strake sarga!!! I had the guy out for a third time 3 weeks ago, who sanded the tubes and stuck them down again. Seems like a good job, but the acid test is to stuff a couple on big waves. If I have probs I will name and shame on this forum, he works from a well know dealers premises, came recommended from another well known dealer and MNFR, and I don't have a lot of confidence in the work. If it goes again, I'll do the work myself and probably strip all the strake off and replace with some I saw from the Wilks catalouge.

Well Andy, don't get me started on that one!
Last trip out was Pirates treasure hunt! Next one will probably end up after easter next year!!! Boat is all rapped up & put to bed, would love to get out on the water but the rest of the family wont be persuaded this time of year.

Nice job Andy! Have decided to go the route of gluing a thin layer of acrylic over the top of the old one... started today but rain stopped play!
