Can I ask you a couple of questions about these glasses:-

1). Why are they only 99% UV absorbent
2). Do they have an impact rating
3). To what optical standard are they tested to.
4). Also do they adjust , could not find the adjustable option.
5). Are they supplied with a neckcord

I am not able to answer some of your questions.

I know the glasses are pretty robust and mine have been dropped and thrown around and had no problems with them.

They are not adjustable, but are custom made to fit, when you order you provide measurements and they send the glasses out.

They do not have a neck cord but come with a carry case which can be clipped on your life jacket. It also comes with a cleaning cloth.
