I agree to an extent about the lack of interest shown by some of the sales people on the pontoons , Andre was the opposite and was very good to talk to and did invite me to a trip. I think some of us are a little reluctant to ask (British reserve ) and would liked to be asked . Certain Makes certainly turn thiere noses up at you if you dared to look at the boats, Scorpion being one.
We may have looked like drowned rats in old clothes but will be serious buyers at some time and at present I will look no further than Poland !

I cant agree with you as i watched graham and joy spend time with people and arrange rides with mike deacon in Hot Lemon.
What i don't like is sales people standing talking to there mates or texting when you have asked for help.
I have a Yamaha and i would buy another but what if i where a Etec person looking to change, the body language
of the sales man would put me off.
I am in retail with four salesman so i do have a little bit knowledge in this feild over 30 years. In most cases its the salesman that makes or breaks a deal. Theres a lot of RIBS out there and if your happy selling a few then great but if you want to be a Scorpion or Redbay, Mark Pascoe etc.
Then you have got to go the extra yard. Ballistic are trying hard to give a service such as the help line etc.what a pity some of the others dont follow suite.

I'm assuming that I need to apologise as well to Bruce - don't remember seeing you waiting to buy a boat, but I do try and talk to everyone!

Indeed you do and I was very impressed two years ago with the full tour of the Banana shark.
