Racks like on the Ribtecs for the Cameltrophy

Hi again!

On the ads for the current Cameltrophy i saw ribtec Inflateables equipped with roofracks.
As want to make a "adventure"trip in the Kornat Islands this summer, this idea is really interesting. Specially as Windsurfers the extra space and sunprotection would be appreciated. Before i start welding tubes to equip my AVON Searider 540 some of your opinions would be appreciated. Are such racks available by mailorder?
How is the change onmn performance?....

Best regards from Austria

The frames on the Camel RIBs were custom designed and built for the event. You are most unlikely to find them by mail order.

They were produced by an engineering company who are used to making components for RIBs, but even so they haven't been problem free --it will be interesting to see how well they survive the next couple of weeks!

Carrying windsurfers would be the tricky bit; for sun protection it would be quite simple to fit a "T" top as seen on a lot of American boats.
