I don't know if you are still looking but I enquired of Hamble Yacht Services and their price was a little under 3k (unlimited lifts). I still thought that was pretty steep but it's the Solent of course.

Lymington is east of poole but they have rack storage there. Not sure of the details though sorry.

Salcombe don't have a rack system, but most of the yards will launch and retrieve boats for you for a weekend or week at a time.

sds are good and still looking at this one, just changing boat to 7.8 so up goes the costs
