Cookee's and Whiteshoes' mighty effort for the Ileostomy Association (as well as for Cookee's other Charity : the provision of phones for the local hospital) all came together yesterday as a Salcombe Hotel threw a bash for Team Bananashark and guests.

A mighty cheque (supplemented by a very generous private donation by Cooks) is on its way to Jimmy Mc Ilwaine, secretary for one of the nominated charities.

Thanks for inviting us Cooks. It was lovely to meet all the top local peeps and it was a hugely generous gesture by Brian Whiteshoes and yourself.
Wonderful hospitality. Fiona too will be very touched by all the kindness.

Photos will follow. Including some evidence of the new Bananashark Leisure RIB. (Cool boat )

Thanks again.

Hokay,

Here's Cooks presenting cheques for both charities (from Mr. Whiteshoes. Cookee also presented personal cheques ).

The boat caused quite a stir outside the Hotel !

Looking good Cookee!!!! Same Lorne Campbell-inspired stepped hull (correct me if I'm wrong !!!! )

Lovely twin console design....full of electronic goodies... and excellent anchor storage and dry locker ...

In fact there was great thought given to the leisure use with fantastic use of space...and Kitten's latest innovative seat design (You'll have to supply photos Kitten; ours is too blurry)

Great thought given to detail...finishing touches to die for ....lovely throttles :

Paul felt very comfortable

In fact the whole team were very welcoming and courteous as usual. If anyone's in the Salcombe area you've got to go and see this..the photos don't do justice!

And John (Cookee) takes all the time in the world to explain materials, build, capability etc etc.

Well worth a visit....highly recommended.

(Will post a few more on Willowkis' Forum tomorrow eve )

Thanks Team !!!!

Molded and fitted the fwd hatch since those photos, complete with bespoke two point locking and grinning Cookee.

pictures of the seat don't make much sense without any one sitting in it at the moment, so I'll post the first development photo.

I like the "in control" foot throttle, not cheap but very nice.
