Quicksilver Ride & Guide Steering Cable

A friend of mine is in the process up upgrading his engine and requires a longer steering cable. The only identification on the helm unit is Quicksilver Ride & Guide and he has been unable to find a cable. Does anyone know of a uk dealer who supplies these cables?

A web search may turn up something in your area. I found a lot of requests for parts and such, but not too much hard info.
