As I understand it the two blind holes on the top of the drive are for a con rod used in a twin drive set-up additionally, with the drive up on my boat, these would be out of the water, having said that it would be a good place to fit one. I currently have two anodes, one on the ventilation plate and one on the trim yoke.
I ordered two of these but they are just too big to fit around the rams. So I intend to use one split in half with a SS strap holding it in place. Des
