OK noted
Sorry thought that it was similar

PS: While I was in SA FALCON showed me a type of material they experiment with that is very strong, it does not scratch even if you scratch it with keys or a screw driver but is as flexible as your average Hypalon or PVC. Its does not discolour under the sun light and last for ever. Now I cannot rememeber what is was called but if it actually did waht they said is fantatstic. They are thinking in using this in future. Apparently the army uses it on their RIBs

Yes Tim thats it VALMUX. If RIB-X says that they use it on the RIBs that FALCON made I am not sure. FALCON told me that this is an experimental material that is not easy to flex and they use to see how it will cope in various environments right now.
If FALCON uses it to make RIB-X RIBs I think that I will be very much intested to know the true story

Posibly as I am 100%+ sure that FALCON does not produce this staff of their RIBs yet.
They only experiment with it.
By the way they also got a cold welding PVC machine from the US and the tubes will be cold welded in a few months. That is as soon as they set it properly up to suit the materials they use.
I saw it while they were doing some experiments on a tube and is a facinating thing. With just warm air and a piece of plastic the surfaces are bonded.
