Hmmm now that rings a bell over here too...

Would be interested to hear any more as a Zodiac quite appealed to me on the basis of detachable tubes, but going from tube problems to hull problems wouldn't really be progress...

I have no aligence to Zodiac, my Ossy Vmax does me fine. I'd like to mention that our ribbing mate Randski has a newish 5.5m Pro. It's not ideally suited to the use it gets during some of our excursions having hard seats and a medium Vee. However, we never cease to be astounded just how well the Zodiac , Bob and Sue cope with the conditions thrown at them. The rest of us battle on in our 'offshore' rigs and Bob's Zodiac is always right there. To date the boat is perfect, no cracks or defects and the Suzuki 115 has never missed a beat.
