It looks that this IDIOT called Mark Caddick, 30 years old and of no brain activity, ignored the warning signs.

I think that these people should be fined heavily say 2,000 pounds on the spot or go to prison for a couple of months without bail for waisting public funds and services time.

See if they (or any one else) will do it again.

Since the government fines/charges for just about everything else, I think it's only right that people like this should get find. After all, if you did a similarly stupid thing with a car etc. you would face a fine and some points on your licence!

Very true actually, although I do not think the Government should get the money from the fine, when it's marine related.
