'Play' in teleflex cable steering

Hi

My teleflex steering wheel will turn very loosely about 3cm in either direction without doing anything to the engine.

It's not a major problem but very annoying and I'm sure it has got looser over time. Is there something that need tightening up? Is it the helm end or engine end?

Thanks

Is it NFB steering, if it is then it could just be the clutch engaging and disengaging.
As for which end its at surely if you look at the engine connections and get some play it would tell you thats where the problem lies?

Right I think its the helm end as turning the wheel feels no resistance and the cable does not move.

I hope this is correctable as it's really annoying. Any ideas?

Thanks
