plastimo inspection hatch

Hello.

I need to find a replacement cover for a plastimo inspection hatch. I knackered it when trying to undo.

Looks like this:




external diameter is 140mm
threaded part diameter is 100

I can't find the same design for sale anywhere. 'Can anyone help please?

That's entirely repairable - as you haven't damaged the thread or rubber seal. Use a little fibre-glass matting on the underside, let it dry then use gel-coat filler in the finger recess. Light smear of marine grease on the thread before refitting - job done!
