Battleship.

So crazy - what tub is it exactly

or is that the six million dollar question.

As a newbie I get the feeling there a bit of history involved with your pending tub

Richard
The boat is a boat show demo but hasn't been in the water. The spec is as follows:

7.5m Phantom Evolution, white hull, grey tubes, red console
225hp Mercury Optimax (new)
1xconsole with stowage hatch in kickboard
2xhigh back bucket seats
Bow tank (Just incase we drink too much Brandy & do go out in a Force 10 :-).
Under floor fuel tank
Full sun pad
Deck anchor hatch
Bilge pump
Hydraulic steering
Foot throttle
Heavy duty battery (bigger than standard)
Speedo and fuel gauge
Guaranteed shit-eating grin at full throttle

P.S Has anyone got any ideas for a good name for the boat?

Thanks for the offer. We would love to meet up some day. Do you go abroad often? Alderney would be good, we would very much like to do a long trip but lack the confidence and experience to go on our own.

We have sent you a private e-mail with phone numbers.

Name

Congratulations on your new purchase. My suggestion is 'Phantom Menace' - not very original but sounds like it might suit you!!!

Thanks for your suggestion. I am not a menace but I might be a bit naughty at times. We have come up with Almost ( almost fast enough , almost to expensive etc) & F.M.W.W.T as initials so guess what they stand for!

Phantom menace was Lee Moxums OCR boat, so it's been done.

Fast Mutha With Waisted Tubes is my guess for the intials, do I win the Teeshirt?

T-shirt

Sorry Kitten, Richard gets the T-shirt (If I could still afford one that is). Its not a serious suggestion though but your guess was also very good. Thanks.

What am I going to do now? Just got up & its still only Sunday, ,not raining anymore, no boat. 12 days to go yet & with my luck Neil will probably deliver it at the end of the day aswell! Bummer. Wish Neil was as fast at building boats as piloting them.

Thanks to everyone for the good luck messages etc. I think I may need them as the fastest boat I have driven so far did about 55mph.
