OK thats interesting. Just looked on their website but could not see anything about launch fees for boats etc. business is going well then if they can afford to buy a Lambo. Might give them a ring and see what they do these days then.. Cheers - shame about having to work :-(

Anchor off of Anneka's (Rice) jetty for nothing, it's very sheltered in the sound. Or, if it looks dodgy, pick up a mooring for 10pn. Jim and I share a bouy and split the cost.

Last time I was there (a couple of years) it was about 15 for a launch & recovery and maybe a fiver per day car parking. It's only divers a the occasional walker who use it so I'd be happy to leave the car there for a week.

Launch/recover is FOC. Parking (up the valley) is a Fiver a day, I think. Not sure about truck and trailer, I may get 'locals' rates.

I met a group over there recently who didnt have a great experience at the Garrison. Only bonus of the garrison is the price I suppose. I'd love to go over in my RIB one day so will follow the post with interest.

Just out of interest, has anyone done this in a Thundercat?

Would be ideal to do it with a few people with RIBs to carry a little kit.
