Painting my console !!

What's the best paint to get a good finish and is hard and won't scratch easy, I've moved a lot of things around and have a look of glassed holes and can't colour match the red gel so thought I would do it black !!!

I'd go with flowcoat.

Prepped and applied properly, its hard to beat.

Agreed,flowcoat is a great job.

International Toplac can give a great hard wearing finish with a lot less work, has a nice Grey too

In my experience, flowcoat is tough, damage resistant and hard wearing, but very difficult to get a shiney finish and thus dulls and picks up grime quickly. I managed to get some shine but had problems with polishing through the coating on corners etc which resulted in having to re-do areas. I gave up in the end and used gloss paint over the dull flow coat.
