Paint toplac or brightside for console?

Excuse the big rip in the tube, as you can just make our in the picture the console paint is weathered. Can anyone advise a good paint?

Thanks jizm, ribraff does the plastikote stuff work ok? Would it crack? Nice finish?

Looking at the picture what would you guys think of navy blue seat with grey or light blue floor/console?
