Had my Pacific 24 altered to take outboards, transom ended up being 72mm thick, I have a pair of 135 Honda's hanging on there and after much abuse there are no issue's.
Wood insert was 48mm thick the rest was glass matt.

Got it wrong actually, I was looking at the measurement including the lip. It's 80mm. Enough for loony Boers to bolt 2x250hp on
