Ok, maybe I didn't make myself clear.
I have done my best to obtain permission to use the photos and other material on the website. But that permission has been granted for the limited purpose of the Osprey Owners website and does not extend to any other use. I have made that clear on the website. So anyone wishing to use the material elsewhere must seek their own permission. I will gladly confirm the source of any photos etc which is not obvious from the website.
To the extent that there is any original thinking on the website, I am not seeking to restrict its use elsewhere save for an acknowledgement as to its source.
I do not have permission to allow people to use the images on the site, but it is not actually my problem if you do, for I do not own them (most of them). If you use them in an inappropriate manner then I will report it to the copyright holder and they will take any action they see fit. If you would like a clarification of what action may be deemed appropriate, then I suggest you contact Peter Moorkens. He runs www.powerboatracing.be
, and they have a comprehensive legal section. I am one of the few websites allowed to feature any of his photos.
In light of your comments I will modify the "Boring legal bit" in order to make it more obvious.

AFAIK it should be working fine. Your details have not come through on the confidential email database either. Remember to submit the email addy separately from the boat. They are two separate databases. Also if you press return key at any time, the whole thing gets wiped, and I cannot prevent this. Maybe add a boat called "test" and just put rubbish in the fields to check it works before adding your boat, and if the issue desists I will look into the matter further
Out of interest, the image that Martini has posted I do not have permission to use. So I cannot prevent him from using it, and so it cannot contravene my Ts&Cs.
