Osprey 18 project

Ok Ribbers,
First of all, I officially call my Osprey a Osprey 18!
So not a sparrowhawk, but its predecessor.
some updates on my project.
Started last month with the rebuilding of my Osprey.
I had to wait for the temperatures rising since I had no place indoors for the boat.
I am up to fixating the decks.
My first polyester job, so learning every day.

Is anyone familiar with the ral colors of these orange hulls?
Got myself ral 2009 but the outside hull is absolutely a more brownish kind of orange.

Orange GRP can be challenging to match especially as it ages.

Hi all,
little update.
the inside is now, except for the flowcoat, done.
But since good weather is forecast to arrive, i wanted to flip the hull upsidedown.
There are some damage parts and scar marks i have to attend.
So took the forklifttruck for lifting one end en used the shed for the other end. Piece of cake. Bit scary to have it hanging over the concrete though

Was not my first idea, but ultimately decided to give the whole hull a fresh make-over. It is upsidedown anyway so...
While sanding the reparation spots i noticed she had more sider cracks than i thought she would have. The gelocat looked good, but the fine dust showed the spider cracks.
So bit the bullet. 100% hull sanding. G4 primer, new gelcoat with wax additive.
But she is looking good again.

Hi Ribbers,
got a year on her now, and small upgrade are added. during that year.
To mention a few:
hydraulic steering mavimare, 2nd hand bargain.
Leaning posts and grips for safety and comfort.
boarding lights, and a flashlight.
Control panel etc
Pictures say the rest.
She shines during bumpy water, called the IJsselmeer.
