Osborne Bay Fatality - Verdicts

I am sure the original incident was discussed here but I can't find it. However the first verdict (not guilty for the commercial skipper on Breaching the Merchant Shipping Regs) is out:

Hired skipper cleared, as jury still considers the case of Aaron Brown - YBW

The jury are still deliberating over the manslaughter case, and so it probably is unwise for anyone to post any speculation over the case at this stage.
