That model is old hat now ,
i have heard someone in the far east is making hand held units about half that size ,that fires out over 200 meters a 16 foot rescue boat compleat with a 20 hp outboard engine and a crew of 2 with lifejackets ,helmets and drysuits , apparantly they are having problems when trying to pack the fuel tank,,,,only joking ,,

having said that my old speedline 250 rocket line can be fitted with a foam float on the end of the rocket if needed to help a person in the water ,,and you can pull them back to shore with it .
