it takes me about half an hour per wheel to do brakes and bearings and refit the wheel, 13 hours is about 50% too much for that job and i dont do it every day and have a workshop setup for it like they do

Basically, you've bought a project, but payed too much for it. If the boat was in 'ready to go' condition, what you paid was about right. But it's not. It now owes you 10k, you could easily sink another 2-3k into it making it right, which puts you up to 12-13k. For that sort of money, you should be owning a boat a lot newer than the one you have.

Seems a lot of money for little work...
Another couple of hundred would buy you new Alli trailer!! - 5 year warranty too..
