Noob buying a RIB

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a RIB around the 7-8m range that is good value for money and has a very good ride in the solent chop and rougher. Needs to be usable all year round, not too workmanlike and not too posey!

Currently I favour a Humber Ocean Pro, either a 7m with a 200 or an 8m with a 250, probably an ETEC, but as a noob I'm open to suggestions.

It must ride well in the rough, look good and be able to have a combination of jockey seat and a rear bench. Prefer not to spend much over £30k.

Many thanks.

Look on our site. these ribs are excellent in a solent chop and the price is second to none. we manufacture 4.9, 6.3, 7.3 and 8.3m ribs we are based in cowes on the isle of wight. we have a demo rib available most of the time..

Other posibilities..

Ribcraft 7.8 Awesome ride in the rough and custom layout so it can look any way you want.

Ribcraft 750 Sport, jockey seats at the console and a sort of bench/individula seats (but not jockey seats) at the back.
