Non toxic antifoul

Hi - has anyone used the non toxic antifoul made by HMG paints called by the catchy name of "slippery bottom". I am told that as soon as soon the boat start moving the nasties drop off as they can't hang on. They also claim a 5-10%increase in performance!!!
Any thoughts or advice appreciated?
