he's doing a good job for sure 
i think i will go for squarish bits of wood for the infill that double as vertical fillers to make boxes in that floor void to stop stuff moving about when at sea. then longer but narrower cushions that are infills/backrests. they will simply velcro to the carpet lining which will be on the tubes

Perhaps I should explain.
With the Wind blowing directly onto the beach in Bembridge harbour on Sunday morning, my ocean gathered a couple of knots from a standing start in about 15 feet with just the wind directly behind it and it gently came to rest with the bow in the sand.

16-17) now confirmed, seats need moving back a bit and wheel and throttle need raising. Biffs first pic he posted show the mouldings he made or that, now perfectly positioned for me.
18-20 show the tubes glassed over before the glass was cut to size, and the cabin placed back in position

21 & 22 show inside the cabin after the tubes were glassed over but before the cabin was bonded on
23 simply shows the hatch for the doorway
24 is just another shot of where Biff had to extend the width of the cabin bulkhead
25 shows inside behind the dash

I'm hoping so Tim. I did originally put my name down, but it seems to have been knocked off...
I have to try ang get out this weekend though, as the engine warning light kept coming on coming up to Drivers from Calshot last Sunday. I think it was simply a loose battery connection, but don't want to risk an Alderney trip unsure.
I also have to work out if I can get to Needles for 10:30 Friday, as I don't fly into Heathrow until 7pm Thursday, have to get home, down to Swanwick, pick up the boat, get launched etc etc

last few for now:-
26 - 27 cabin glassed on with some hardware fitted
28 - 29 fibreglass round tubes now stuck to tubes with hypalon
30 - even the "ears" have been filled and gelcoated so no longer a gap between tubes and cabin moulding
As she was ready for the Priory Bay Picnic trip. Lots still to do, but getting there...
