Don't get me wrong, its a unique looking boat but I'm afraid it doesn't give me twinges in my hinges. I can appreciate it for its quality, its fit and finish and its attention to detail.

For me ribbing is about getting sprayed on with salt spray and having the wind in your hair.

Sitting back looking at various gauges and screens whilst supping a G&T, albeit very nice, is just not ribbing.

Maybe I'm just not old enough yet!

Unfortunately that's all the pics I took. I'll get some more when I do the first service on it but yes a very very nice rib indeed. I saw on their website today that you can have one with two 775hp v10 patrols. I bet that is quick to say the least. Wouldn't like to fuel it though.

Wait till you've had enough spray to sink a battleship and the wind blows over the skin where your hair used to be, you'll look at that rib differently

Me too, but not anymore apparently.

Now I've been informed that ribs are all about squidgy bench seats, sunpads, playpens for babies and not going out unless it's sunny and flat.

In my day that was a yank sports cuddy or a gin palace.

I have an old maxi cosi car seat you can strap to your spare jockey if you want to fit in!

...plus a changing matt for the fore deck anchor locker that is instead of a sun lounger.

How many times did the Osprey get wet last year? Was it just not lumpy enough for the proper boat?
