Hi and welcome to Ribnet. Thats a bit different Probably not your highest priority at the moment but bet those trailer bearings are the sealed type unfortunately. A good scrub with TFR should bring those tubes up gleaming.

The only down side i see to the boat is this "steering Wheel". Actualy its the reverse thrust bucket actuator or gear selector.
Shaun.

Don't take it the wrong way, people are pretty friendly here. I'm sure that if you needed help you'd get plenty of replies

John

Shaun don't worry about Jono, he is just a 19 stone cuddly teddy bear but actually quite knowledgeable.

As James said TFR is used to clean trucks, oh and very popular with Ribnet members for bringing toobs up gleaming. Try a good local motor factors, normally about £25 for 25 litre drum, you are going to need that quantity with a white boat.

Brakes siezed, ho hum. Put an evening aside to do a search on Alko or sealed bearings on here then plan on buying two new axles (with normal bearings) if they are really bad. Should be about £700 fitted.

Pete

That boat looks stunning - especially the bow section.
