new windscreen and hints on heating and bending pls

Just bought a quantity of 5mm Makralon at a very cheap price today, I'll be looking at using some of the suggestions on this thread for creating the windscreen.

if you have any spare for sale let me know . Need to make a small screen for a single jockey. Piece about 600 square would do it .

Yes OK! The Poly is about 550mm wide at it's narrowest part, if it's OK and I have enough left, no problem. Might be a little time though. I'm not expecting my RIB for a couple of weeks.
