New website

A bit of shameless self - promotion! But pretty proud / passionate of what we do and believe we offer soemthing unique and interesting

We have just launched our new design website at www.adamyoungerdesign.com

Still work to do on links, news and the site will be expanded as the year goes on. Got quiet a lot of customer RIB designs going through at the moment as well:
- stepped hull, 688 for Technohull in Greece
- 7m non-stepped RIB, high spec cruiser (launch May)
- 7.5m Ali RIB now nearing completion
- 8.5m commercial RIB

Also working on a new raceboat RIB - for the 2008 season. Most likely to be carrying a very fast leisure version as well.

Any feedback much appreciated.

Adam

Looks Good Adam...Nice design!

One small thing I might suggest: The links you do have, take you away from your site. If you have them open in a new window or tab, your site will remain live to your viewers...

And like Cod said!

It looks good, good choice of colours... need to tidy it up a little though...
  • The news link doesnt work.
  • The bullet icons to the left of the "Hull design, Naval Architecture" etc... are too big.
  • On the right,. in ie6 the white border is bigger than the images.
  • The little "shape" you have above the logo looks a little pixelated, might be worth breaking the images up at the top or something, then you can optimize it a bit better.

I can't design anything, I always pay someone else... and then put it together myself, making small tweaks here and there to get it looking right.

Like I said before, I like the colours, logo and things - they are a good choice. Just a few finishing touches..

Hi Adam, nice looking site!

You haven't got anything to do with an all aluminium cabin rib I saw being towed through Carisbrooke on a low loader the other day have you? She was not fitting out yet and still in raw alu form.

Many thanks for comments - will be working away improving the site and expanding on it as it goes. Will be getting the news section up and running soon.

Hopefully can to have a photo shoot soon. Always seems to be a problem in getting good images from clients - private or boat builders!

No Tim - ali cabin RIB was not one of mine.
