Yes they were Pete - they were held in place and then mouldings were taken off to keep the shape, then the tubes were removed from the boat and the extra bits added that couldn't be got at ............ hope that answers your question?

Bilge and Jono - We're always interested in projects - What's the budget?

Cookee, I hope that all this 'orrible messy boat building stuff isn't getting in the way of your main business as the sole concessionaire for selling Ribnet burgees Is this years colours dark blue rather than the light blue of previous years?

If you have any old ones bung them up to Jonno, he seems good at selling old stuff and the NW lot won't know the difference

Pete

Pete, it's like books - the first editions are (almost always) the most valuable. Didn't you get one first time around then, from Rogue Wave?

Missus it is true I did enjoy some of the fringe benefits my previous career had to offer, but hey your only young once!

Cookee I got a pretty good grip on this post, you are showing us an old hull that you are interestingly converting into a Rib. Only yesterday I was looking at a Phantom 28 thinking all it needed was some Toobs

I also believe you haven't told us what make it is so I am going for Cougar

Jono g is trying to flog a Shakespear Rib so the only bit I didn't understand was Louises post about me supplying Pete 7 with first editions and was seeking clarification.
