New Home, New to Me FC530 Project: Powering & Air Valve Repl?

OK, been at my new place in FL since March. I've got an FC530 Project on the way to me. Right off the bat, I know it needs valve covers and an engine. The Inflatable keel has come loose from the bow but has its valve cap present. I was >< this close to getting a 50hp Johnson Enforcer MARS engine for $900 local but had medical issues to deal with. Now my best hope is a 35hp Johnson Enforcer MARS engine with low hours. I already have a brand new in the box long shaft pump jet lower but I think it only fits the older 25-35hp MARS engines.

Anyhooo, other than valve covers, what else am I needing? Yeah, I know, keep an eye out for a deal on an 18l fuel bladder.

Forgive me if you're already aware, but the second floor board from the top is for a 580 I believe.

I have a line on a full 530 floor set. Feel free to reach out...

Valve caps are still available. Check ebay. FYI those are intercommunicating valves. Quite a bit of reading available on this forum regarding them.

Brave Eagle, I just got 6each NOS Zodiac Z-2108 Stainless Valve Caps. I need to get back with Bullfrog about rebuild kits for the Intercommunicating Valves.

I got a quote of $1200 from Inmar Marine for one of their 530 Aluminum Hard Floor Kits.

Have you got the wooden bow boards ? All of the parts for the I/C valves(springs,clips, and nuts) are sold in bulk packs through any zodiac Milpro dealer. Generally if they have been maintained there is not much that needs replacing. The most common parts we replace are the thread in inserts and caps along with the plastic flywheel.

Won't fit, JP Marine / Inmar's boats are narrower.

I see now, Zodiac F530 is 10" wider insider, big difference in fit, one wave and the floor folds the pops out vertically.
