This looks good, it’s about time we had something like this in the Southampton area. It will make a change not to get my shoes covered in mud walking around boat untidy boat parks.

Don’t know where they got the pictures form as there is nothing like that where they are saying it is.

We did have our arguments.. . . And he could have been a little more pleasant towards me and you. But I feel its not entirely his fault, he was having to stick to the policies of a company that think they can do what they like to the people who actually enable them to stay in business. There customer relation policy need serious overhaul right across all there marinas not just Saxon and Shamrock. (Only my view) and I guess that of several other old tenants that are jumping like rats off a sinking ship.

You must like the thought of MDL getting a poke in the eye also?

I have spoken to him recently, and he seems to be a lot more reasonable now he has not got MDL printed on his shirt pocket. Something you should think about is the increase in teaching business if he is doubling the amount of small craft within 500yds of you. It’s all good.

I asked them for a quote via the website a few days ago and have not got a reply. There is no land line phone number on the website.

Are they a professional outfit or what?

I popped down there yesterday, not a lot there as yet but the plans look good. They say that It should be up and running March (ish)

I got a quote back from them (filled in their web form) of just under £3k a year! Good job I was never intending to go with them anyway...

I thought Bembridge Outboards offered an undercover and dry stack facility..
