So how heavy is a 90/115 2 stroke? I'm guessing the 4 stroke is around the 200 kilo mark.

90 yam (3C) 2 stroke is about 125kgs.

115 2 stroke (V4) Yam is about 160kgs.

100 4 stroke is 170kgs.

115 4 stroke Yam is 190kgs.

Years ago my old dive club had an early '80's SR5.4 with a 115hp Yam 2 stroke, great fun but it shipped water over the transom even when lightly loaded, mind you it did have a double A frame weighing about 2 tonne.
