Narwhal tube material - Trevira High strength

Just looking for some clarity on the tube material used on a Narhwal Model NK-520R, from circa 1997-1999.

The only reference I have on the tubes is : Trevira HOCHFEST ( Trevira High Strength) - I know it is not Hypalon, but can anyone confirm if it's PVC or Polyester ?

It's black tubing, and hence has faded on the upper facing sections of the tubing, so I want to glue down Polyester or PVC sheets over the existing tubing to tidy it up.

Also can I use standard Bostix 2402 or NE486 glue for this like Hypalon, or what would be recommended ?

Black shoe polish works well on hypalon don't know about PVC, worth a go before you start spending money.

Narwhal material is called Hypertex but it is PVC based. This glue will work.
