Good on yer Tim I don't like to see this public "Mud Slinging" before people have had the chance to settle in private.

....Absolutely pathetic...

one moment everyone posting here is supporting Stephen Rib againt his alleged debtor saying stuff like go on name him & shame him, send the heavys in, take him to court this is how you do it....

Then the bloke in question comes on and posts a few lines of explanation and then they all start supporting him saying well done etc...!!!!

What a bunch of sheep you are......I suppose when Stephen Rib posts again you will all move onto his side...beggars belief....

Tim, you Scoundrel!

I amend my earlier advice - case more appropriate for "The Very Small Claims Indeed Court".

Tim,

Thanks for paying, I think in future better communications would help, multiple emails and voicemails un-responded as well as messages through facebook. You also made several promises. You promised payment on the 1st of November when we chatted online on facebook as you did not have online bank access from home and had to wait to go to the office on the Monday.

Anyway, thanks for payment and for coming on here and being honest, I consider the matter settled.

Stephen

I wish all my customers would pay on the 16th day!

Seriously though cash flow is always critical, particularly at a time when banks are reluctant to grant over drafts.

As for the comment about RIB.net members being sheep - how silly! Stephen gave his side of the situation and people responded to the information supplied, as it turned out the member in question is a well known and respected Ribnetter who 'fessed up and presented his perspective without acrimony. Surely the whole situation worked out well??
